I am pretty sure Chinamaxxxing is at least two years old, probably longer.

It just was not called that back then.

It was the pandemic. All the foreigners left, then when they returned, China had changed again. Now even the third fourth fifth tired cities were nice places to live and visit.

This trend got super boosted with that Little Red Book refugee phenomenon, due to all the TikTok ban nonsense.

This Chinamaxxxing had to exist for quite a while, a long time, before the visit of that Watkins kid, iShowSpeed, which boosted this trend along.

This is not a fade, I feel this is going to be permanent.

China is a modern country, often with cutting edge stuff we cannot find anywhere else, all sustained by this mysterious ancient culture.

I would say there has been a significant step change in the past 1-2 years, and the future trend is still upwards.

I would also agree this is permanent shift, given China's influence, even at today's level.

The PLA had light tanks since the Type 62 light tank and the ZTQ was basically it's successor but with massive upgrades to operate not just in the jungle but also the himalayas.

The PLA had light tanks since the Type 62 light tank and the ZTQ was basically it's successor but with massive upgrades to operate not just in the jungle but also the himalayas.

Booker got cancelled like pretty much everything else though…

The American M10 Booker was hyped up, and then cancelled it later.

The Indians put together a Belgian turret and a South Korean chassis, named it the Zorawar, and then proclaims it the best light tank in the world.

These light tank examples can pretty much sum up the state of the military industrial complex of these two nations. One is a sick Superpower. The other is a Jai Hind Supapowar.
