No one said the cannon on the airborne vehicle is 40mm. It is speculated that the one on type 100 support vehicle is 40mm.The cannon looks too small to be 40mm, or am I tripping? Even with telescoped munition.

CV-90 for reference, that uses 40mm.
Airborne IFV does actually use 40mm ammoNo one said the cannon on the airborne vehicle is 40mm. It is speculated that the one on type 100 support vehicle is 40mm.
CV-90's gun has a double vented shroud for better cooling hence making the barrel thicker, Airborne IFV's gun is shroudless. The cannon looks too small to be 40mm, or am I tripping? Even with telescoped munition.

Too thin? 40mm is literally only 10mm thicker than a 30mm, you wouldn't be able tell the difference between a 20mm and 30mm gun unless someone told you soThe cannon looks too small to be 40mm, or am I tripping? Even with telescoped munition.
