Israel is reporting that British ship got hit by Hezbollah missile. This could trigger a NATO article 5.
Hitting a ship wouldn't, but bombing US embassy did.
Problem is all that Article 5 says is UK has to consider attack on US an attack on UK, which is kinda moot because Iran already attacked the UK as well.

This is Hezbollah, NATO article 5 might be triggered to fight Hezbollah not Iran in this case. This might be bad for NATO though because they can't just launder their crimes onto Israel anymore and pretend they didn't know war crimes were happening if they get directly involved.

What are the chances the rescued pilot die off camera and we don't see or hear of him ever again?

I don't think people are asking enough questions about how the pilot got injured to begin with.
It's not common for pilots to get injured when being shot down, and almost never serious injury.
You also don't get injured living off rations for 2 days.

IMO he's either injured during evac attempt along with all the other injured or dead.
Or he was captured by Iran, beaten to near death, then left out as bait.

According to the Jerusalem Post — which

as "the oldest and largest English-language daily newspaper in Israel and the most-read English news website in Israel and the Jewish world" — the IDF is unsure as to just how many ballistic missiles capable of reaching Israel remain in Iranian hands.

:

Although the majority of the IDF believes that Iran only has several hundred ballistic missiles left, which can reach Israel from its original 2,500 total, IDF sources have admitted to The Jerusalem Post that no one really knows for certain.
The exchange came after Channel 12 reported on Saturday night from air force IDF Col. "T" that the Islamic Republic still has more than 1,000 ballistic missiles left, directly contradicting the prior IDF estimate of several hundred missiles.
In the exchange between the Post and the IDF, the military first backed the prior estimates that Iran had several hundred missiles left, but then added that no one really knows for sure.
