Quite humiliating that a PRC spokeswoman has to say the words as of April 2026 regarding: "gravely concerned about Japan's" Type 25 missile which has over 1.000 KM range.
Here's an idea how PRC can stop being concerned: PRC can try something called 2 Trillion usd PPP defence budget when you have an economy that is 45 Trillion PPP as of 2026, with estimates towards 50 Trillion PPP by 2029 or 2030.
The message to Japan should be very simple: Japan adds 50 missiles, then PRC will add 500 missiles. At least 10 times equally (or better) missiles than whatever Japan deploys or "plans to deploy".
Japan wants 2 destroyers: Great, PRC should just tell them, ok, we will build 20 extra cruisers. See, this is very simple, and should be very simple when the economy is somewhere between 45 to 50 Trillion PPP between now and into next 3 to 4 years.
Oh look, Japan buys 20 F-35. Ok, PRC should just say - totally fine, here is another 200 J-35 just because Japan bought 20 F-35. And there is also another extra 2.000 stealthy UCAVs on top of this as well.
How about PRC adds a 3-digit number of very, very large underwater drones.
The signal should be clear from the PRC, which is that it is completely useless for Japan to spent even 1 usd on anything, because it will automatically trigger 10 times higher spending on the side of PRC. Moreover, same message should be sent to the brutal U.S.-regime. Whatever U.S. deployed, PRC will match twice as much.
However, as long as PRC is dragging its feet around regarding defence spending and refuse to match Russia and U.S. percentage levels, then Japan and other lapdogs will continue to challenge PRC in every way they can.
The enemies need to understand that 1 usd spent against PRC only makes things worse automatically as that triggers several times more spending on PRC side.
Japan and U.S. are not in the position to match PRC escalation, but the PRC is lacking will to break the back of the enemies as it looks right now. Because in this case "do nothing, win" meme is NOT gonna cut it.
If DPRK had followed "do nothing, win", they would be dead by now. One must be pro-active. What is required now and onwards is the opposite of "do nothing", which is: do a LOT, or rather produce a LOT.

Didn’t they already ban everything from China …? Like I’ve said before, US politicians that are anti-China are just covering up how much they’ve been a failure for their constituents by blaming China for it instead of themselves. They need to keep repeating the same nonsense to cover up how it’s not working and then act like they’re doing something about it like it’s never done before until now.
Look at what China has been able to do without democracy. Look at “Chinamaxxing” going on in the West. They hate China so much is because China shows how corrupt the US/Western system is.
Back during the 2008 Western Financial Crisis, the West was blindsided by their arrogance that they thought their system was so advanced that it was self-correcting that something like what happened to the financial sector was impossible. They lied.
Look at what Trump is doing. Western democracy is supposed to be so great with its checks and balances that someone like Trump is not suppose to be able to do what he’s been doing. It’s not because there’s some unseen force for good that prevents this from happening like Westerners want everyone to believe that confirms that they’re on the right side of because it’s not doing its job. The Democrats are being criticized as usual because they are giving no opposition except for lip service because Trump and the Republicans are doing and getting virtually everything they wanted. Their system ain’t working because the people running it are corrupt. That’s what it says.
This guy is a US politician. Like I mentioned before, I’ve personally never heard of him until now. What’s notorious of US politicians is they will write populist bills knowing that they will never get passed but then claim they tried to get them passed so that voters keep them in office. They know full well they can blame others for why it didn’t. This guy is probably aiming for higher office hence looking for money and voters beyond his current constituency.
Those AWACS are likely to be obsolete and not meet US requirement especially in high end conflict. Only thing is whether that B-21 works as AWACS. Russia is using MIG-31 radar against high altitude HIMAR rockets in Ukraine. finding launcher is by Su-34M but once it goes up than high altitude fighter.
Both UAE and Saudi has there own AWACS and see how close it has to go to border if it has to find missile and drone launchers. i posted some stuff in Russia military news about Russia drone radar capabilities displayed in Royal Kingdoms. it is giving them direction how air defense should be organized.

The way the Chinese think is if they don’t lodge a complaint, then it’s not official and Japan will think it’s okay. It’s more important to have to put it on record so that history knows despite how to Westerners will see it as a show of strength by displaying defiance. This is where the say nothing do nothing logic is hypocritically ignored. The Chinese have to say something when they don’t when all it does is give the enemy a freebie to show strength at China’s expense.
What’s common between the most powerful democracy and the most populous one? They both have trouble with toilets.

Agreed. The inaction of China concerning Japan's remilitarization is infuriating. Simply banning rare earth minerals doesn't solve the fundamental problem. Strongly worded statements are useless in this day and age. A country like Japan only responds to force.
