No, it is guarded by Japanese police (outer perimeter) and private security company (inside and security check). Chinese embassy is guarded by PAP only if the country is deemed as "unsafe" by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs such as Iraq, Somalia.
I believe military attaché is questioning him now.
Mainichi reported the perpetrator is a second lieutenant which means he is an officer.
Next time they pull a stupid stunt with a warship just sink it and keep the sailors in captivity until the perp is identified and tried according to PRC law. Other wise they will never learn. Some comments point out that, given the intruder's age and rank, he is likely to be a graduate of Japan's National Defense Academy at Yokosuka. So I suppose we now know what kind of evil traspiring sh1t is being taught there.
If those ultranationalistic retards in Chiyoda and Shinjuku are eager to go to war with China for the 3rd time, then the National Defense Academy should certainly be visited by barrages of DF and YJ missiles.
Looks like there has been a long time since NDA established a "far-right wing ideology curriculum" that invite an external nationalist lecturer to those Officer Candidate as a compulsory subject. Some comments point out that, given the intruder's age and rank, he is likely to be a graduate of Japan's National Defense Academy at Yokosuka. We interviewed Professor Haruo Tomatsu, who teaches at the National Defense Academy, about his shocking essay, "Education at the National Defense Academy in Crisis." Why did Professor Tomatsu take the plunge and "expose" the truth, even at the risk of his job?
Professor Haruo: ["guilty" means] The harmful practice of inviting "commercial right-wingers" from outside the school as lecturers. It refers to people who have committed power harassment or service violations in units or various organizations within the Self-Defense Forces, or who have made many mistakes in their duties. In short, people who are no longer useful in units or various organizations are sent to the National Defense Academy's School of Defense Studies as an "easy way to be demoted.
Professor Haruo: Even if they are appointed to the National Defense Academy as professors or associate professors, they do not study or conduct research at all, only teach in a formulaic way using manuals that have been passed down through generations, and some are even influenced by simplistic conspiracy theories. In some cases, they even invite dubious right-wing commentators from outside the academy to give lectures to students within the framework of the classes they are in charge of, making the National Defense Academy a channel through which inappropriate people can infiltrate.
Dubious commentators give politically biased, low-level "lectures" to students in classrooms, the "culprits" Self-Defense Forces instructors who invited them think they've done a good deed, and the dubious commentators enhance their own reputation by having "gave a lecture at the National Defense Academy." Such practices are rampant.
Troublingly, this bad practice of inviting these kinds of "commercial right-wingers" from outside the university as lecturers is seen not only at the National Defense Academy but also at the Staff Colleges of the Army, Navy, and Air Force (educational institutions of the Self-Defense Forces that train upper and middle-ranking officers).
I have sounded the alarm on various occasions before, but it has been ignored.

Amazing, there are 0 consumer routers made in America.Bro......it's crazy
Is there a possibility that the reason TP-link CEO bought the trump gold card is to avoid such sanctions?Amazing, there are 0 consumer routers made in America.
I believe the FCC believes either:
A) Most communication can be handled by tin cans attached by string, both are still made in America
B) The internet is a "series of tubes", and these tubes can be PVC piping made in America
What happens when you have non-technical people making technical decisions.Amazing, there are 0 consumer routers made in America.
