What Cramer is saying is bizarre, the part about getting the North Vietnamese to the table.
Sure the North Vietnamese came to the table to talk with the Americans in Geneva. Switzerland used to be a neutral place.
They negotiated for 8 years, where the North Vietnamese gave up nothing, and the Americans got tired of the whole show, and went home.
The the real offensive started by the north and the country was unified rather quickly.
