Iran is a massive country. here is how it compares to others.

Iran is 1.65 milion square km while Afghanistan is 652.000 square km. Iraq is 435.000.

on top of that unlike Iraq which is mostly flat. Iran is mostly just mountains after mountains.

invading it would be suicide.

the only threats to Iran are internal regime change operations. and that already failed when they took out Khamenei and still no pro CIA stooge replaced him and instead the Iranian military is now basically operating on its own without the need for a supreme leader.

and the other real threat is that Netenyahu and his servant Trump may get desperate enough for them to actually nuke Iran.

Maybe my comment is inappropriate, but I have got a feeling that since the president, masoud pezeshkian wasn't assassinated, he could be an asset. How did Trump see the picture of dead Khomeini? How did Trump knew that Khomeini was assassinated? All what I think is Iran has failed in counter intelligence and air defense systems.

IRGC is pushing for Mujtaba Khameini, this is the biggest internal threat in Iran right now.

Israel provided it, when the rescue people went to remove the debris from the homes, Israel was monitoring them, watching them remove the bodies.
