First of all again why they didn't that in beginning.
Second of all the Kurds don't have a army to fight a country of 90 million people, they will get massacred
Third of all This could spill over to other countries like in Iraq in a Shia uprising and Turkey.
Fourth of all this is probably the desperation making these stooges talk sh*t, no one from the kurds have said that they will enter a war with Iran.

Again someone remove drunk Pete from ChatGPT

Except you don't. Missiles like Tomahawk and Kalibr have proven to be, to this very day, incredibly difficult to deal with. Ukrainistans claims of 1000000 downed Kalibrs and 158% interception rates are not to be taken seriously.

Such subsonic cruise missiles are versatile thanks to their compact nature, they travel at the upper end of the subsonic speed range, which comfortably let's them bypass various kinds of guided and unguided anti-air systems, unlike the extremely slow flying Shahed/Geranium/Lucas which are even vulnerable to helicopters and AA guns. Not only that, such missiles feature more robust countermeasures, but also higher quality guidance systems as well as a multitude of countermeasures. They're higher cost, but still not approaching the cost of supersonic or hypersonic cruise missiles, they carry a large warhead and can be containerized for usage on the majority of warships in their given Navy.

These long range drones are nifty and have their place in modern warfare, Iran and Russia demonstrated as such (especially as decoys to expose and deplete SAM systems), but claiming they're comparable, let alone better than subsonic cruise missiles is bordering on lunacy. You make it sound like they're nerf darts that can be caught with your hand, when they travel extremely quick, fly extremely low, carry large warheads, maneuver and are packed with redundant guidance and countermeasures. These are two kinds of weapons meant for very different things with very different advantages. Just because they both deliver an explosive warhead from point A to point B doesn't mean they're comparable. Or do you compare Concorde with a C-17 because both move people around?
Russia's jet powered Shahed drones also have much higher speeds. They have also added jam resistant guidence. The point is if the goal is to strike distant enemy locations with high precision and also deplete enemy AD then Jet powered shahed drones can perform that function just as good as cruise missile like Tomahawk. If both have similar rates of interception, similar range but one has 2.5 million cost while the other has 200k cost, its clear which is one is superior.

Drones are a game changer technology that has enabled a poor and small country like Iran to have the ability to strike 3000KMs with 200K a piece drone. They get to depete Israel and other countries AD, strike some valuable targets with high precision. Essentially perform the same function as a expensive cruise missile.

US uses tomahawks because of two reasons, first of all, it never had to face an enemy with good air defense so tomahawks were deemed sufficient, secondly its industrial base is weak and they don't have money and expertise to develop a supersonic missile with sufficient capability in a reasonable timeframe and budget.

That's why they are struggling with their supersonic/hypersonic missile programs. They had to resort to using SM-6 an air defense missile as a supersonic anti-ship missile.

They use tomahawks cause they don't have anything good to replace it.

Realistically, I doubt such a shift happens soon unless the US presence fundamentally changes. But I hope we at least start thinking in that direction.
If you start thinking in that direction, you will be regime changed faster than Iran and given a taste of American democracy. You can't blame them for the ineptitude of your leadership. These countries have an extremely violent and untrustworthy history going back to their inception. Dance with the devil.

Persian civilization originates from 1500BCE-1000BCE - Iranian civilization is 3500 years old at the maximum.
"Iranian National History" is 12,000 years old.

Given how Iran has unleashed its military, it's likely that a unit of the irgc are actually trying to build the bomb right now. Once central oversight is gone, there's nothing stopping local leaders. A nuclear test would force an end to the war because they're holding tel aviv hostage. That's why the enemy is bombing the nuclear sites again, they are worried about nuclear breakout
I suspect Iran's response to intensify in couple of weeks when Ramadan ends. Muslims often avoid fighting in this month.

Looking at that letter from CENTCOM, i don’t think we should discount the role of evangelical “Christian taliban” of the dubya era in the military and political establishment. The language suggests some in the U.S. view this conflict as a holy war, no different to Shia Iranians right now.
This is the Evangelical doomsday war that ushers in the Savior. All atrocities and loss of life leading up to it are to be ignored.

You are getting it. All Iran needs to do is not to lose. As long as they last 15 rounds against Apollo Creed they got this in the bag.
I'm afraid it's much worse than previous conflicts. This is the long war Israel wanted US to fight and they won't let US back out (coercion through Epstein files) even if they lost thousands of troops.
