I don't think so, it's very hard to defend empty desert. You can just drive around any fortifications and defensives. If Iraq was like Vietnam US invasion would not have succeed. There are not a lot of defendable positions and the threat of getting cut off is big.
i think the opposite. historically, irregular warfare in the desert against mobile enemies tends to good results.

I'd like to hear everyone's predictions about the outcome of this war. Do you think Iran will defeat the aggressors and achieve rebirth, or will the imperial coalition of the United States and Israel ultimately prevail?
Alright, perhaps these "summary-type" questions are simply part of our discussion and don't warrant being singled out for separate consideration.
Similar outcome to Lebanon.

Israel will bomb them into submission. Iran will join negotiation table once civilian casualties and material damage become unbearable and sign a deal on humiliating terms. More high profile IRCG commanders and principalist politicians will be taken out. I don't foresee a regime change in a sense that Pahlavi will return to Iran and monarchy will be restored, but I think Israel and US will look to lift up the likes of Rouhani, Pezeshkian and Aranghchi. It's not a coincidence that Israel let them live.

Given that U.S.-supplied interceptors for Israel are nearly depleted, the specter of an energy crisis looms over the world, and Israel's compact territory makes it vulnerable to attack, Iran holds a significant advantage in an unlimited war. Israel would clearly be reduced to ruins faster than Iran.
