They didn’t deny anything. The tweet from my post is from the Qatari Foreign Ministry.
Both claims can be true. There is no explicit denials that an airstrike didn’t occurred. Only that Qatar is not joining the campaign targeting Iran. An Qatari airstrike on Iranian military assets they perceive as a threat in self defence aligns with both statements.
