Shahed is just the name for the whole drone family. There are many different variants and upgrades, not to mention probably thousands of different component suppliers. It's impossible to have a definitive cost estimate. Under current war condition, I doubt gulf countries would bother to differentiate all the different models Iran used to attack them.

2. Face saving bombing of Iran, and after peace.
3. Iran start war of atrition, and USA stuck ther.
