They are talking about taking weapons from the Pacific to fight a long protracted war with Iran.
All this talk about selling weapons to Taiwan and poke Chyna, I think they should start to tone down the rhetoric.

I expect Trump’s trip to China to be cancelled if the war doesn’t end anytime soon.

Iran military capability is pretty much destroyed. that includes navy, airforce and ballistic missile facilities.

Now they only have a bunch of drones and troops with guns.

To be fair, let's follow our usual practices everywhere and wait for footage, rather than claims.
Most reliable part for now is that there was some a2a activity beyond unmanned.

But whatever the case, Iranian aircraft coming in firing/horizon range of Q/K is kinda embarassing. Them coming into cold war classic attack over sea(i.e. open firing field) is far more embarassing still.

Also, in the CENTCOM press release over the 3 F-15 they claim Iranian aircraft were airborne and attacking Kuwait, so they haven't really been able to achieve air supremacy over Iran if true

Iranian IRGC PR- General is saying that they have been using 1-2 gen iranian missiles mostly, they havnt begun using the latest 3rd-4th gen ones. (He says that they have 3000 older gen missiles)

Provides propaganda videos, not too dissimilar to the Ukrainians wasting cruise missiles on targets that are flashy but change nothing of their strategic and tactical position other than fodder for Twitter cope.

I thought the same. I suspect Iran did learn from their experience from the 12days war, and that is to not rely too heavily on TELs that they have production bottleneck in. Maybe they did construct a bunch of silos in this period, these silos don't even need to be built to spec as they know war is coming soon.

AFAIK Iran do not have any proper silos, just a bunch of caves with a hole in the ceiling which can be easily destroyed.

Russia is fighting an old style war. 4+ years past and they are still fighting in Ukraine. Using US strategy, they could finish Ukraine off in less than a week. Russia has no decapitation strategy and many infrastructures are still in tact.

US is the pioneer of future warfare while everyone is learning or using old tactics.

Turns out achieving air superiority/supremacy isn't easy against enemies that can and are willing to fight back, and that Desert Storm was a fluke. A byproduct of using Cold War levels of readiness and mobilization against a foe that had been fighting Iran for 10 years.
