Probably because that doesn't make for as good viral footage. It's why we probably shouldn't draw too many conclusions from random cell phone videos of missile strikes, since they're unlikely to be a very solid way to determine whether or not American/Israeli/Western AD is undersupplied and useless or not.
The late Ayatollah was vehemently against nukes for religious reasons, given his stature as a pope like figure in Shia Islam, this was expected and so his assassination by Israel and America is not just ill advised but reflects a desire to destroy Iran as a state and civilisational entity.
