I think those blocks are actually support blocks from the construction of an LNG carrier right beside the 054B FFG from before, in the process of being cleaned up when the latest photo of the drydock is taken.

The latest satellite imagery of that drydock available on Copernicus (February 23) shows that the ship is still inside the drydock, meaning that said LNG carrier has been launched just recently, with those support blocks left behind after its launch.

Frankly, besides the confirmation that there's a third ship, what surprises me most is that they're apparently extending the dry dock to the rear! Was that known, or did I just miss it again?

CSSC Changxing Shipyard Phase II Project: No. 2 Dry Dock Lengthening and Modification Project

The main construction activities include: Demolishing the existing 200m × 92m final assembly area; Extending the existing 440m × 92m × 13.1m No. 2 dry dock northward by 220m into the land area; Constructing two new final assembly areas at the stern and side of No. 2 dry dock (measuring 200m × 93.7m and 200m × 42.2m respectively).

Extension is an interesting move, though the rationale may not be military-related. Generally speaking there are "growth reserves" built into infrastructure development, based on contract estimates (you can also see as much from satellite imagery of Hudong Changxing). So maybe we're looking at Hudong clearly having a very rosy perspective on future work. Not saying there's no relevance for naval stuff, but just my two cents.
