I looked him up earlier, there isn't much by him or on him online. For a supposed scholar he doesn't have many published articles or anything. His google scholar account has almost everything he's published since 2020. Shilling for the F-15EX, typical anti-china pro-US content, opinion articles here and there. His writing is very shoddy and subpar for someone who occasionally gets published in respectable journals.
His email is through "Quantico Consulting" which seems to be a diploma mill for University of Mumbai. He's listed as the Founder and CEO, and has a very embellished introduction for him in the About Us section. Worth a skim.
I got this far and got tremendously bored. There might be more out there about him but I couldnt be bothered to look further.

From what I’ve heard he repeatedly reassured IAF that PL-15E has a range of 145KM and that said range is possibly inflated by 20 percent due to Chinese propaganda. The rest is history.
