Putin was a former high ranking KGB agent so it doesn't surprise me that he knew more prior to the release of the epstein files then the average person.

Also probably gave a huge amount of legitimacy to the Ukraine war at least to Putin.
According to the mails, there were many Russian women and rich people Epstein contacted with, or groomed. There are no ways the Russian intelligence didn't find about the island long time ago. I would be surprised if Putin didn't have videos.

They were emailing each other using Gmail and texting on their iPhone, even without things like Salt Typhoon it shouldn't be exactly hard for a competent intelligence agency from China or Russia to know pretty much everything we now do, and probably alot more.

Honestly if that's true no wonder how angry the western elite are with Putin and Russia, they're desperately trying to cover up their cannibalism by attempting to do regime change in Russia probably with the end result being the death of Putin to get rid of one of the only persons who is not involved with the crimes but knows about them and is not afraid to leak it.

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) removed the NPC deputies of three high-ranking officials from state-owned military-industrial enterprises: Liu Cangli, former president of the China Academy of Engineering Physics; Luo Qi, chief engineer of the China National Nuclear Corporation; and Zhou Xinmin, former chairman of AVIC. According to regulations, Luo Qi and Liu Cangli's positions as members of the NPC Standing Committee were also revoked.

Most people should know with half decent intelligence. East European got alot from West even at expense of Western Europe prosperity.
Russia was one time largest trading partner of Ukraine but Putin hardly visited to build any positive image. Putin basically brought trade/investment to zero except for some pipeline rents.
This approach to Ukraine was basically indicated in this 2003 speech by Putin in Malaysia. Putin used words full blooded and Wealth of nation. It is this new talent that Putin want to shape the country and he want them more integrated to create Islamic culture.
The Arabic version of RT run by Russian and she was around 25 I think when put head of RT Arabic and they really invested in multiple bureaus to put it at the top in less than a decade. Now think they were competing with best of Arabic media with much larger funding and decades of experience.

The one who got these most was Poland because it was presented as the poster child for post Soviet bloc countries as Jeffrey Sach confirmed. To their credit, Poles have not gone full Lithuania.

our of all of the west, one of them has to serve as an example and Lithuania being puny, small and pathetic serves as the chicken to be killed to keep the monkeys in line.

The garden has very high walls indeed, provincial walls.

russia is probably the only nation that formally acknowledges these allegations and points the finger at “the vampire’s ball” of the west.
They are using it for internal reasons. with West they can use not so polite language but what about others?
they know Turkey has collected trash and this does not allow even person like Erdogan to make rational decision.

The head of Crimea also recalled plans for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to attend the mosque's opening. "Let me remind you that our president invited the Turkish leader to the mosque's opening back in 2019. This visit could have opened a new chapter in Russia-Turkey relations. But so far, we've heard statements from Turkish officials, including Erdoğan, that Turkey does not recognize Crimea's status as Russian. This, of course, is regrettable," Aksyonov added.

I wonder how these Japanese "youths" will react to a national conscription to fight an enraged China?BTW Misawa JASDF base will now host F35's in numbers to be a linchpin in the island chain strategy to choke China without the need apparently for USAF aerial tankers,AWAC's-thank you PL15/PL17!!- and other support aircraft and USA is looking for another country like Phillipines to be the second anchorpoint in this island chain USAF basing.

Who cares what soon-to-be red mist think at that point? As it’s way too late at that point even if they all fall to their collective knees to beg for forgiveness.

And it won’t be an enraged China they will face. That is doing a massive disservice to the Chinese government and Chinese people. It will be a determined, rational and coldly clinical China that Japan will face, which will be a far more daunting foe as such a China will not be easily goaded into making rash emotional knee-jerk moves and will potentially be far more cunning and cold hearted in its war strategy.

Japan was always the medium-tier goal for China in the event of open war against the U.S. alliance. Because only by securing Japan could China truly have a chance to fully safeguard its coastal core economic, industrial heartland and its main population centres from U.S. attack.

At that point, I think the only question is whether the Japanese will throw in the towel early, or if they want to genocide themselves Ukraine style by press ganging all its youth to feed into the PLA’s industrial meat grinding machine. Only unlikely Ukraine, the PLA will be grinding them with overwhelmingly firepower dominance and copious amount of combat drones instead of its own soldiers as the Russians are doing. So the PLA can afford to take it slow to give the Japanese as much time as they need to round up everyone they can catch to feed into the grinder. It will make post conquests so much easier and smoother for China.

On the topic of Japan looks like TSMC is planning to produce some chips in Japan.

TSMC Japan plan for advanced chips seen as hedge against pressure from US, China

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company’s plan for advanced chip production at a Japanese plant will help it hedge against US tariff threats and the possibility of a Beijing blockade around Taiwan, analysts said, while providing Japanese giants such as Sony and Toyota with local access to advanced chips for artificial intelligence applications.

At this point i feel like Taiwan is becoming more and more irrelevant because of the fact that TSMC is allowed to build manufacturing elsewhere, this also wasn't part of any trade deal.

i hope the opposition parties will do a little bit more then sit around and do nothing.

The West says China is upsetting the Western world order… In other words China doesn’t know its place below the West. Look at other Asians. They also have the same complaints about China and it has nothing to do with any criminal behavior. All other Asians that hate China including ones in this forum always talk about Chinese behavior like it’s everything. I just saw a Japanese YouTuber talking about the anti-foreigner sentiment in Japan right now and it was all about their bad behavior and not crimes as for the reason. He was talking about how it was inappropriate and foreigners should show respect when in their country. But then Japanese men have been a part of the Western International Child Sex Tourism industry that the West doesn’t talk about out loud like for example calling for action to stop it. So bad behaving tourists in Japan is bad but Western foreigners including Japanese going to less developed countries to exploit laxer laws so they can have sex with children is not a problem? This sordid industry isn’t just a bunch of individuals that don’t know each other just happen to be doing the same thing. It’s actually a network where fellow child molesters discuss and tell each other tips and where to go in the world to exploit and molest children.

Here in the San Francisco Bay Area there was a popular radio talk show station and there was a host who was an arch democrat who seemed to have a problem with Chinese expressed in a subtle way. And of course he was a big critic of China. He didn’t like politicians and never interviewed them on his show… unless they were running against a Chinese candidate. Since not a lot of Chinese ran for big office back then, they did run for lower office positions more that didn’t have a lot of publicity. But this guy would bring in any opponent of a Chinese candidate to interview to give them publicity. Turns out this guy was a priest too. Then one day he wasn’t on air on radio anymore. It was revealed he was arrested for child molestation during some religious activity. He went to prison and I never heard anything about him since.

They speak generally about Chinese so it’s only right to do the same to them.
