At this point if the USA goes into a civil war, the bloody nation will have more than deserved at this point. I mean is it hard to try and talk things out instead of reaching for the gun. For those people who keep arguing with me that "hard power is absolutely everything and soft power is useless", YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
Also, Soft power might be influenced partly by hard power, but it is not absolute at all. It is a very important tool especially in peace time.
Hard power precedes soft power, but both require empirical evidence to be sustainable, that's why the old saying of "the truth comes out over time" exists in the first place.
Since people are talking about Elieen Gu, please also look at Alysa Liu too, she is now considered American's top prospect for the 2026 winter olympics gold medal after coming out of her early retirement and now winning multiple championships already.
