What he actually meant was that the yellow J20A in the first picture was equipped with the WS15.

After carefully comparing the details of the pictures, I also believe that the silver-gray painted J20A might still be using the WS10C2 engine.

Meanwhile, the engine nozzle of the yellow J20A in the first picture appears to be longer, which indeed closely resembles the characteristics of the WS15.

It is possible that photos taken on different dates were all released at the same time.

Anyway, by the end of 2025, WS15 has already begun mass production.

It can be expected that in the first quarter of 2026, a large number of J20A aircraft equipped with the new engine will be delivered to the air force.
