The nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine is being built in Sinpo.
I found the 150-meter-long hangar where it's housed.
It might be tempting to pepper the centipede inside that hangar :p I didn't see any heavy anti-aircraft defenses in the area. :eek: This is the blue hangar, the rusty hangar housing the "Romeos."

What is the purpose of the big round hole on the side, its also present on the project 633/Romeo ? Diesel exhaust ? ?

Thats quite a hole for the exhaust... at first at was thinking about an anchor recessed staying place but the emplacement was weird.
Yeah, its unusual as usually the exhaust tend to be routed through the sail. It seems to operate on the same principle as the exhausts on some soviet/russian boats that are near the waterline, with shaping, valves and pressure being used to keep water out while using water itself to cool down the gases and keep thermal signatures down.
