Tritium-Containing Water Leaks at Fugen N-Reactor

Fukui, Dec. 23 (Jiji Press)--The Japan Atomic Energy Agency said Tuesday that about 20 milliliters of water containing radioactive tritium leaked at its Fugen advanced converter reactor in the city of Tsuruga in Fukui Prefecture, central Japan.

The leak occurred when a pipe was cut at the nuclear reactor undergoing decommissioning work.

There were three workers nearby, but they left the site immediately and were not exposed to radiation, the agency said, adding that there was no radiation impact outside the facility.

I think China can destablize India enough combined with Pressure from Pakistan Bangladesh to completely neutralize the India threat for good.

They can also destabilize India by supporting the North East Indian Insurgency groups , it's literally at the border with China, the ethnic Asian population there has been oppressed by the Indian government too. And there has been an insurgency there since some years ago.

Some of the militant groups there even believe in Maoism or share similar ideologies to that of China, so funding an insurgency there is another plausible option.

While India has a large population, but so does Pakistan and Bangladesh. They both combined are around 1/3 of India's population. If China can support both Pakistan and Bangladesh to have enough military and economic might, then they can check India from two sides. China can then support by putting pressure from the north.
