It seems like everything lined up with the article that was previously posted here back in September. Including the other images in Chinese that mentioned the joint venture name TikTok USDS along with some other details. Those post are searchable by inputting USDS on the forum search function.

But they said additional sources of US-related income will flow to the Chinese parent company. “It’s a perfect deal, control belongs to US capital, [but a] majority of profit goes back to ByteDance,” said one of the people, an investor in ByteDance.
But people with knowledge of the deal said ByteDance could earn closer to 50 per cent or more of the US entity’s profits through the licensing agreement for the algorithm, or other services and profit-sharing agreements.

Looks as if giant spiders took over a town with the amount of webs cables hanging everywhere.

Don't worry, given time these will degrade into sand.
There's so much of it because China has taken opportunity of this war and perfected making optic fibre cable on large scale. When sold by length optic fibre cable is now cheaper than equal length of noodle in China.

The previously unreported move marks a further supply-chain separation between Nexperia China and its Dutch parent that could lead to a complete split.
Nexperia told Reuters that it was not in communication with its Chinese subsidiary and the unit showed "no intention to negotiate a short-term solution to restore the flow of chips to customers."
I mean, considering former Nexperia division in Europe has no ability to make money nor ability to collect any money from sales, to call it a split is like saying man split from company after getting fired and then told Reuters he hasn't been in contact with his former employer who has no intent to negotiate a short term solution to his unemployment.

The answer to the US okaying Japan having nukes is helping enemy countries of the West in getting “defensive” weapons. Look at how the West is alarmed that Iran was able to penetrate Israel’s anti-missile defenses. They’re blaming China for it whether or not it’s true. Look at how Israel now sees China as an enemy. It ain’t because China doesn’t align nor is sympathetic with them geopolitically. It’s because they think China gave Iran the ability to penetrate their defenses.

Want to rattle Japan directly? Help North Korea in some way. Europe wants to defend Taiwan…? How about giving some newly revolting African countries from French colonial rule the ability to strike Europe like Iran now can hit Israel.

I remember there was a poll taken of white Americans where it was openly admitted that they fear black people having power solely because they fear black people will want revenge. You better believe the West fears a strong Africa that can defend themselves which they don’t fear today. Africa is resource rich in all things hence why it was predominate in European colonialism. Why is Europe on a downward trajectory more than ever since colonialism? It’s because they don’t have Africa to steal from and take for free whatever they wanted like before. Despite it, the West still has the ability to military strike Africa at will if they wanted. China giving them means to defend themselves will be epic.

Want to change the game? The homelands of the West should be open to counter strike. That’s what has kept them sleeping comfortably for all these years since colonialism knowing that their homelands were safe when they were trying to take over the world.

The fatal flaw of the West to which they’re experiencing with China right now is they thought their natural superiority was assured to keep them ahead of everyone else. They don’t want to tell everyone that if you have enough money and the education, you can do anything the West can do. They still want to believe their superiority is genetic. The first rule in colonialism is destroy the economies of countries you want to conquer.

They’re not going to admit it now but they use to see anthropologically both Negroids and Mongoloids as the lowest humans beings on Earth. Everyone one else though not white European were Caucasoids but still superior to Negroids and Mongoloids. It’s no coincidence that the Caucasoid world saw Africans and Chinese as less than them to which you see today the lines drawn from who they think deserves more in this world. Take a look at all the countries that are angry that China has more than them in this world. Same people. That’s what the West taught them. The same tactic on why Japanese and South Koreans think they’re superior to Chinese despite how they can’t escape China’s shadow looming over them all the time.

I can see the West demanding China stop educating people around the world. It should be to China’s best interests to see African countries modernize. It’s time to make the West’s worst nightmares come true.

Dedollarization doesn't mean to make the US a non-global currency. That means it's not accepted anywhere except the US. It means to reduce the power of the USD by cutting into its dominance and the dominance of the SWIFT system by providing alternatives so that American sanctions to pressure weaker countries into giving up their interests to feed American interests become less effective. America is a nation with very little internal power compared to China; everything it has comes from forcing others to give and feed it. If America's main way of draining global power into itself, by economic sanctions is crippled, so is America's ability to compete with China.
To do so you still need another currency to replace role of USD. Another strong currency must persue the role to do so. Internationalized of yuan will need currency to appreciate and reduced Chinese industrial profits and hurts manufacturing like how America loss it's industrial power post ww2 when dollar dominates the world. China should not sacrifice it's industrial powers for financial like US. USD hegemony is a paper tiger when it compared with autarkic industrial power that china needs high control to currency begin with.
So another ways is to find another country currency to do so, but so far it seems there isn't much prime candidates to persue the role. That's why compromise to allowed dollar hegemony to stay isn't bad for china

China Makes Breakthrough With Thorium Nuclear Reactor. Where is the West?

Nuclear reactors that use thorium as fuel have many advantages over those that use uranium. Thorium is common and easy to mine, its waste is safer to handle, and the material also can’t be used as easily in weapons. Recently, a team of scientists from China announced a breakthrough in their thorium reactor project – let’s take a look at just what they’ve done and what the rest of the world is doing for developing thorium nuclear reactors - Sabine.

Yes, the appreciation of the renminbi would lead to negative consequences such as accelerated manufacturing outflows, which is unacceptable. For the world to break free from the dollar system and for China to surpass the United States in nominal economic size, all that is required is a unilateral depreciation of the dollar.

If there is any indication that Japan is building nukes, what does China do then? At some point the CPC will be faced with the prospect of biting the bullet and doing preemptive action.
China will ask US and EU to coordinate global sanctions and render Japan to be a second North Korea economic basketcase.

If US or EU refuses to participate in sanctions, then China will threaten to arm every single neighbor or enemy of US/EU, such as Venezuela, Iran, Mexico, Cuba, etc. ..with nuclear-tipped ICBMs, as proliferation is a two-way street, it doesn't mean only China's enemies get nukes. Everyone of US enemies will get nukes.

Just the prospect of "mutually assured proliferation" (MAP) will trigger US/US to participate in global sanctions regime against Japan, and Japan cannot survive economically with such immense economic pressure, they will fold.
