China, Pakistan to hold joint anti-terrorist exercise "Warrior-IX"​

BEIJING, NOV. 30 – Troops assigned to the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Western Theater Command will join their counterparts from the Pakistan Army to conduct the joint anti-terrorist exercise "Warrior-IX" within the territory of Pakistan from late November to middle December, 2025, according to a statement released by China's Ministry of National Defense on Sunday.
Focusing on the subject of "joint anti-terrorist elimination and suppression operations", the exercise aims at testing and enhancing the two militaries' joint counter-terrorism capabilities, and jointly maintaining regional peace and stability.
