There is a photo of an IAF Rafale flying with meteor but it was taken in France.
In my opinion there is two possibilities
So they either have the meteor but haven’t done the integration with their Rafale or have done integration but didn’t receive the missiles yet. And I don’t know which option is worse.

it’s not a good choice of having top notch jet like Rafale been delivered in 2020 ordered in 2016, had a
head on with opponent in 2025, and you take the plea( if they are taking ) meteor not been integrated with
the jet now what’s the point of sending these to attack pakistan whatever they have fired towards Pakistan
SU30 can do or probably did it with Rafale on that night while remaining within their territory easily to digest
this excuse of not having meteor is difficult
so by virtue of above mentioned scenario Rafale M will be or might be firing their first Meteor in 2035/36 by
that time opponents will be having something more robust to counter Meteor little of topic we talk about
Egypt not having Meteor looks like IAF in the same boat
