Anyone doubting DPRK's capabilities these days either they do it for propaganda reasons or they don't know the subject they are giving opinions about. DPRK has put theirs mouths where their money is 100% of the time as far as the myriad of new weapon systems in the last decades.

I personally think this is analog to new smaller Taurus K2 or many other similar missiles. North Koreans like making a point through making their stuff recognizable.
PL-10/15J(uche) or Kepd-350K(IM) fit nicely.
I wonder which of these weapons are deployed, rather than shown.
But intercepting KEPD-Kim in South Korea (where distances are short and mountains tend to shift directly into highrise apartment blocks) will be an utter AA nightmare.

For the AWACS, we know that at the very least it isn't crude, there's full working CIC inside. It is neither first nor second working Northern radar either.
KEPD-KIM? Quite likely, but this doesn't mean it won't be deployed sooner or later(or perhaps already). It isn't first or second Northern LACM, there's hardly anything special about it.

It will be like all the other North Korean innovations demonstrated in the past, where there was always a fake or a mock-up, then shortly after Kim Jong-un demonstrated that they were authentic and functional, demonstrating it during operational tests.
