because Germany is also considering to pull out from FCAS programme.

Disagreements over Future Combat Air System workshare mean Germany is also looking at teaming up with the UK or Sweden on its future crewed fighter.

Well, no, Sweden definitely don't have the resources to develop a brand new jet fighter again. Gripen already is straining them. And Germany can't supply much into the aircraft development except money. The UK led team is already moving their project forward so joining in collaboration is too late.

Gripen E at this point is mostly a done thing(working towards IOC). And for better or worse, it shows that they can do same again. Just not everything at the same time.
