I actually fucking give up on reality because trump is using ai slop to spread bullshit medbed technology. He is delusional as the supposed king of the Tibet aka Lhagyari Trichen Namgyal Wangchuk who was crowned king by Dalai Lama but for obvious reasons no one cares as he is the king of nothing.

Jesus Christ. I had a patient a few months ago who came in with new diagnosis heart failure. I told him it's due to his meth use, but he doesn't believe it and said I can cure him with quantum med beds. I was like say what? Then he went on and on about how it's some secret military tech that can cure everything, even regenerating limbs, and how Trump approved its use for everyone and that I just need to make a call. Mixed in with his fantastical tales were also some stories about persecution by the government and chem trails.

I was wondering where the hell is he getting all this crap? Well, it was Facebook, but how did this crap even start? Well, looks like he's gonna feel pretty validated now.

i don’t want to presume industrial sabotage where American incompetence would do, but given the new Cold War between the Anglo west, Russia and China, can we really discount sino Russian intelligence activities on CONUS, especially on the eve of an impending invasion of Venezuela?

Placate your patient by saying that his appointment to be in the Stargate Regeneration Sarcophagus will be booked as soon as the insurance comes through....TBH,I can't believe Iam hearing this bizarro crap.And wouldn't the likes of Trump and his dying billionaires will literally sell their souls /devour us peons on a platter for eternal health(imagine Trump at an ageless/healthy eternal 35)/immortality?Nightmare deluxe.
