I doubt he even has an ideology. He was once a democrat party donor. He just wasn‘t accepted into inner circles of democrats because he‘s uneducated.

It's not education.

I would say Trump was rejected by the Democrats because he was hateful, crass and had a reputation for reneging on deals.

(If you deal with Trump, prepare for a lot of time with the lawyers in a courtroom, as per Niall Ferguson's public comments)

I doubt he even has an ideology. He was once a democrat party donor. He just wasn‘t accepted into inner circles of democrats because he‘s uneducated. His only option is to appeal to simpletons who mainly live in the south. At one point, he even suggested giving green cards to foreign graduates in American universities.

I think a better example for someone who trancends north/south divide is Stephen Miller. He grew up in a liberal family in California but I guess he‘s just overall mentally unwell. The takeaway is that without the deplorables in the south giving these people political legitimacy, they would just be fringe elements to be laughed at.
Of course he has, he is a right winger, neoliberal cryptofascist. US history is so complex and funny, Democrats were the conservatives, pro slavery etc, while Republicans the progressive, "leftist", pro-abolishing etc. What a plot twist

The Commander-in-Chief sets an example for his subordinates: he drinks Diet Coke. Look at the button on the Resolute desk Trump uses to order Diet Coke in the Oval Office:

I will never understand people that hate this guy, dude just has a diet coke button on his office desk.

Deep inside under all that gold and orange spray tan is a normal working class joe that loves his diet coke and mcdonalds.

I fervently pray that no nuclear launch button is anywhere near the Orange Buffoon's desk as he could press it mistakenly ordering another stupid diet coke and trigger WW3 not by design but by a demented octagenerian wanting a stupid cola-rest home antics.

A top Air Force commander, Gen. Thomas Bussiere, announced his retirement Tuesday for “personal and family reasons.”

“After much reflection and with a full heart, Barb and I have made a difficult decision to request retirement from the United States Air Force for personal and family reasons,” Bussiere, the head of Air Force Global Strike Command, said in a post on Facebook.

“While I’m stepping away from active duty, my commitment to service remains. I look forward to finding new ways to support our Air Force, our national defense and the incredible people who make it all possible,” wrote Bussiere, who was nominated by the Trump administration to be the Air Force’s vice chief of staff over the summer.

Bussiere has served as Air Force Global Strike Command commander since December 2022.

He was nominated by the administration to be the next Air Force vice chief of staff in July, but Aviation Week reported in early September that Bussiere’s nomination was withdrawn.

Reminds of this scene from Monsters vs Aliens.
