Send all the city kids who just graduated from high school down to the countryside for a couple of years so they can pick soybeans which will end up rotting in piles that never get sold to anyone.
(But seriously though, sending kids to the countryside was one the biggest L's Mao ever did. Hearing stories from my mom about her experience pisses me off.)
To be fair, Trump is from the North. As a matter of fact, he is a New Yorker, through and through. His ideology transcends the North/South divide
I doubt he even has an ideology. He was once a democrat party donor. He just wasn‘t accepted into inner circles of democrats because he‘s uneducated. His only option is to appeal to simpletons who mainly live in the south. At one point, he even suggested giving green cards to foreign graduates in American universities.
I think a better example for someone who trancends north/south divide is Stephen Miller. He grew up in a liberal family in California but I guess he‘s just overall mentally unwell. The takeaway is that without the deplorables in the south giving these people political legitimacy, they would just be fringe elements to be laughed at.
You dummies in here can even fathom the wise Orange sage. He obvious say they need churn out battleship and enforce US might as regional power on South America and small island nation etc. No need to play big boy around Asia anymore.
