Yes, what CCTV described may be the target form of the J-35 series, J-35 we saw on the Fujian is just a transitional form. WS-19H may take some time to develop, just like the WS-10H.
I was also under the impression the naval WS-19 is also going to have a 2d tvc

If what CCTV described and depicted was J-35A, I think it may be more logical to deem its specific descriptor as being for J-35A rather than J-35/A as a series.

Specifically I am thinking about MTOW; for example J-35's MTOW might well be be "slightly over 30t" (given internal structural reinforcement and larger wings for carrier duties), versus the "close to 30t" for the land based (and thus lighter) J-35A.

Putting it another way, I think in some ways even though J-35 and J-35A share many characteristics, it might be prudent for us to consider them as rather fundamentally different aircraft by virtue of not only their weight/structure, but it's possible the PLAN and PLAAF have fitted out their respective aircraft types slightly differently in terms of subsystems.

I am still skeptical of the WS-19 currently on J-35A speculation. The black nozzles have two sets of petals, which is similar to the WS-11 series. I find it dubious that similar design will be used for WS-19.

Absolutely not. If you looked closer you would've found that the black nozzles are actually tri-layered and completely different from ones found on the J-35 (and RD-33/93). The outer petals are also very intricate, and similar in fashion to the F135.
