China recently opened up its Visa for high skilled people with engineering degrees. There is a strong chance Indians will start moving to China for better life!

Most Indian engineers would not qualify for work in China with their ability/inability. The brightest that does qualify, there are Indians working in China already.

But seriously, India is a country of 1.5 billion. The US gives out 85,000 H1B visas per year. It's mind-boggling to me that such a tiny visa program has become a huge domestic issue in India. Even Rahul Gandhi brought it up in recent days as a knock on Modi. The Indian media is full of stories on the topic.

It says a lot about the mentality of the Indian upper-middle class and their desperation to leave India. Was it ever this bad for China? I can't recall that it was.

Pretty bearish sign for India, IMO.

Because Indians cheat at H1-B, they multi-apply H1-B to increase the chance of lottery through different Indian tech consultant companies. Now, with 100K, they can only apply once, have the chance as everyone else, of course it is a huge blow.
