The engine exhausts seen at the tail section certainly didn't line up with the engine maintenance bay access hatches (i.e. the 2nd outer rectangular doors on both sides) - Or that the author believes that the engines don't need to be maintained at all and can last for many years.

Ignore the engine configuration, I don't think the author even bothered drawing the maintainance hatches and only drew the weapons bay(J-36 style main bay and side bay) and gear door. Anyhow I think the planform is the interesting thing here.
