This HQ-20 seems to have a similar footprint as the HQ-11 but longer, assuming that its role is equivalent to that of S-350/KM-SAM could it be a potential candidate for the UVLS quad-packable SAM, offering better performance than the HQ-11 like the Russian 9M96E2 to the 9M96.

Not really since the HQ-11 vehicle comes with its own radar. They are different categories of system.

Anyone have a link to the full parade in high quality? the youtube ones are absolutely trash compared to these CCTV 4k stills.

I could be wrong. I thought the guard of honour have all replaced their type 56 rifles with the type 191. But I forgot the 标兵 who were still holding onto the type 56 in this parade.
IIRC,sometimes the ceremonial guards in their gun handling duties like/require the older rifle types like AK47/Type 56 /SKS/even a bolt-action(?) makes for better salute/twirling gun handling demonstrations

The real advance weapon of the parade
Activate the droids!

China seems to have went for a really ... complete(excessive? rich?) set of multiple 3-tier(long/medium/short range) systems optimized for every niche. Not even between services like before, but 2 lineups for PLAAF ADF(ABM: HQ-29, HQ-19, HQ-9C; SAM: HQ-9C; HQ-20/22A; HQ-11), 3 lineups for PLAGF(SAM: HQ-16, HQ-17A; CIWS/local AD: SWS3; 625,PGZ-09 ; Anti-drone: FK-3000, light/medium BDe lasers)
Advantages and disadvantages of such stratification are apparent.

That's a much more...complex layout than even Russia.
