I found this website of a hunan small arms manufacture with this gun dosent seem to have an actual designation though its just called 18.4mm military shotgun.

That was a failed concept; every country that tried it abandoned it. With current technology, it's too heavy and offers little benefit.

Super short barrel. Almost reminds me of the American 300 blackout rifles. Also, folding stock plus a fully smooth top rail, nice.
