Having seen some sat image, this thing (HQ-8? massive vehicle and 2 long tubes of 9m) could already be in service in a ETC SAM bgd.

In this case, the problems are - How do you know (for sure) that this TEL-based SAM:
1. Is named HQ-8?
2. Is actually the 2000+-kilometer ULRSAM described in the past academic papers?
Especially considering that the noted time of observation of that TEL is sometime in the early-2010s, at the earliest.

One more image of the FK-3000/L, this one from the backside angle and shows the radars in their retracted position.

It also shows the delineations in each quad packed cell more clearly, showing a fairly visible cross for each canister.
This is very interesting that this vehicle is being shown and it will be very interesting to see if the ADA BN in the CABs start showing up with these vehicles in their batteries supplementing the existing PGZ95 or PGZ09 or replacing them.

PGZ95 and PGZ09 are tracked SPAAGs that provide mobile air defense for armor and can shoot on the move. FK-3000/L has limited off-road mobility and an elevatable radar—likely for point defense.
