So, theres some sort of radar? EW? antenna integrated to the CITV. It would make sense if it was to search for drones or also it being a microwave antenna.

I suspect it could be an integrated radar to the CITV; if the main autocannon has an anti air capability with fuzed rounds, then a radar would be somewhat essential for that role.

However it seems to confirm the IFV does not have its own RWS.

It isn't "if", there are corresponding measuring and input devices on barrel. I.e. we don't need to be cautious here.
This radar(unlike fixed 5th ones elsewhere) in essence turns every IFV into SPAAG.
Observation drone is quite likely part of that, too(AI-ed multi spectral from above), as just radars don't cut it against drone threat.

I say "if" only because in some of the clearer pictures I'm not sure if that's a muzzle fuzing coil or if it is just a bulky muzzle cover.
That said I won't be surprised once the cover is eventually removed (at the parade or otherwise), that it does have a muzzle coil, but until that happens I think being a bit cautious helps.

As for the drone, I think it would have more use in the ground recce role rather than aerial targets like drones.
An organic NLOS surveillance system does have its uses.

Confirming the status of the strange hatch on the left/rear side of the vehicle is also something to be awaited. It is not impossible that it is some sort of VLS for ATGMs, even if I feel that would be odd.

Airburst grenades do not necessarily require muzzle coils to set data.; there are cheaper (but less accurate) fuses that can achieve the same effect, as we saw in the 625 SPAAG.
