China's Space Program Thread II

Like I said it remains to be seen how effective this huge private space launch bubble in China will be.
I won't disagree that there is an enormous amount of work before we see anything close to SpaceX cadence from the private LSP, but we've seen examples such as Galactic Energy which been pretty effective at providing regular small lift launch, cheaper than CALT's attempts (CZ-11, Jielong 1, and that's despite having the same SRM sources from AASPT) and more reliable than CASIC's (KZ-1A).

I'd also argue that China has less of a private launch bubble than the USA (although the USA's popping would have limited consequences in the short term) and especially Europe (the latter's is getting quite ridiculous).

Talking about the matter of Bubbles: Here's the latest infrastructure plan for the Haiyang Spaceport in Shandong.

The Lianli islands to the east, where construction of the first launch pad has already started, will host 4 launch pads.

There will be two "Nearshore semi-fixed liquid rocket launch platforms", although IMO it will also be used for Jielong rockets (since a similar design appeared in a CALT paper on the Jielong)
To the west the current "Liquid Rocket Test Area" where Space Epoch's test bench is will be expanded, and it seems the HOS-1 platform will definitely only be used for static fires. There also seems to be plan for a reclaimed pier with two launch sites.
There is a "low altitude economic zone" with balloon and drone launch stations
And to the north industrial zones with: Galactic Energy and Orienspace's upcoming facilities, rocket tank manufacturer Jiutian xingge (R.space) facilities and "Shandong rocket" which I believe are the facilities for the CALT-Chinarocket subsidiary "Shandong Changzheng Rocket Co., Ltd" where their "Solid rocket Industrial Base" is located and recently was expanded to support 20 Chinarocket launches a year.

Haiyang Oriental Spaceport still plans 100 launches a year by 2030

(寰宇航天) is building a commercial liquid engine test center in Xintai, Shandong. The center will have three engine testbeds (30-ton class, 100-ton class, and 1000-ton class) that can accommodate both LOX/kerosene and LOX/methane propellant combinations.
