I was perusing reddit and saw a post denouncing Trump for delaying tariffs on China but doubling down on EU and Canada, which did everything the U.S. asked for better part of the past thirty years. I don’t think that they realize the rule based order is starting to cannibalize itself…

America is a paragon of righteousness, lofting high the torch of Interational Law and Humanitarianism. How could such a nation, almost divine in its perfection, stoop to such lows? It's not as if America has any past history of coercive behavior towards nations who cannot oppose it...

Trump hasn’t really deviated that far from the norm other than doing all the usual stuff in the open and in a loud and obnoxious manner.

Current US Policy is “peace through strength” or in other words using a baseball bat instead of a stick and cannot. MAGA wants to reimpose US hegemony by force as part of their delusion to return back to their post war golden age.

Just read the description on mydramalist. This part made me laugh out loud.

Hilarious. Complete and utter nonsense. Do the Japanese ever talk about the thousands of JAPANESE CHILDREN they left in China on account of them being too selfish, cowardly and too preoccupied with running away after losing the war to even care about rescuing their OWN kids? (and wives). Didn't think so. The Japanese who lived high on the hog in China during that period of time were truly some of the lowest of the low. Sorry to link CIA wikipedia, but it's a good succinct summary.
