if PLA light infantry brigades have mengshi for movement, Do they have truly light infantry brigades that doesn't have any transport and have to walk to places? Let's say mountain brigades or high air mobility brigades?

What are you talking about? Why don't you brush up on PLAGF orbat first?
As far as I know PLAGF have 3 types of combined arms brigades. Heavy - tracked vehicles. Medium - ZBL-08 platform vehicles, Light - (Mengshi/humvee equivalent?). I haven't found any details about true infantry brigades that do not have any vehicles. A very light type of brigade.

In your original question, you asked about "infantry brigades", which no longer exist in the post-reform orbat.

Light wheeled recovery and equipment repair vehicle based on the Menghsi-III chassis. It can recover and repair light vehicles. It's also equipped with tools for diverse tasks such as repairing infantry small/light arms and combat equipment, serving as electrical generator, etc.

I find some of these support vehicles just as interesting, if not more so, than the combat vehicles. The vehicle above reminds me of this excerpt from a 1950s US Army publication regarding the German organization/system of tank repair in WWII:

"The smallest organic unit was the maintenance detachment of the tank company .... During the later phases of the Russian campaign, the T/E for the maintenance detachment was changed to 2 shop trucks, 2 light 1-ton half-track prime movers, a parts truck, and 1 passenger car. The shop trucks were used exclusively for the transport of such tools and equipment as a workbench with vise, a gas welding unit, a hand drill set, as well as mechanics', tinsmiths', and electricians' tools. The recovery equipment carried on the shop truck included cables, winches, pulleys, and jacks. The repair crews were transported on the prime movers.

"The detachment was responsible for on-the-spot repairs of disabled tanks, including soldering and welding. It was highly mobile and capable of operating in any terrain."

It looks like NORINCO VP22 (?) 6x6 APC/MRAP is in service. I think this is the VP22 or a variant of it, as the vehicle is very modular and its appearance has evolved over the past five years.

Aren't these FAW MV3 variants, the norinco VP22/23 are based on a heavier truck.

Which serves as a support vehicle for spacecrafts recovery.
