Simple. Don't get married. If you do, make sure a valid and enforceable prenup is required (can be invalidated by state laws if not compliant). Don't have kids unless you're Chinese in China. We have to help accelerate population decline in the West. If you must have kids, make sure that arrangement is governed strictly by a valid and enforceable contract as well.
What if we have multiple kids in multiple western countries and do a runner, so they have to be provided for by the local government?

On top of that, India is apparently attempting to revive the Russia-India-China (RIC) trilateral dialogue:

This means Modi might join the fray in 47 days or so too!
Good to see the revival of the Primakov Doctrine

“The Primakov doctrine is designed primarily to dilute America’s strength and influence while increasing Russia’s influence and position in the Middle East and Eurasia.”
For many years India refused RIC participation demanding "Borders First" while China suggested borders also in negotiations. We're moving to Mackinder's future.

It'll still be a demographic gift. One best not given.

That's practically a form of sabotage against Western countries, if not what may one day qualify as terrorism as applicable legislation is enacted and/or updated.

On top of the financial burdens that such fatherless children will impose on the innocent taxpayers of Western welfare states,

I am personally against dams like this. Especially this one is so complex. Taking all the material there will be difficult and costly. Not worth it for hydropower. This will never payoff the investment.

But I think China is doing this dam to have leverage over India.

I don’t think the premium price tag will be significantly more expensive over something like nuclear. China approved 11 reactors last year for $31 billion dollars and at approximately 1100 MW each. The price tag works out to $2.581 billion per GW. The dam is $2.783 billion per GW which works out at around an 8% premium over nuclear. However, you need 55 nuclear reactors to match the energy output of the dam.

Besides, the Indians couldn’t destroy it without flooding themselves and the Americans would need to convince the Indians the Chinese blew up Nord Dam 1 in order to flood India. The dam will provide all the energy needed in Tibet and any energy required by the military.

Agree.

But I still like old stuff. Like 1984.

If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face—forever.

It is so funny because it is so true, the reality of our reality!

:p
There is still hope. I believe (hope) the sanity and order of China’s 1.4 billion industrial population will triumph over the chaos and keep entropy low. One can only hope really……

India is considering ending it's FTA pact with ASEAN? Lol!

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations’ (Asean’s) lackadaisical approach in reviewing the free trade agreement with India despite nine negotiating rounds could force New Delhi to consider invoking the termination clause of the 2009 pact as India Inc’s patience is running thin with massive Chinese dumping through this route, people in the know said on Sunday.
My own take. India can't compete with ASEAN. So it is considering throwing a tantrum.

Real question is: Is India really that important to ASEAN?

NEW DELHI – A review of a free trade agreement (FTA) between Asean and India has hit a rough patch after Indian Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal criticised the accord as “silly” and called some South-east Asian countries “China’s B team”.

The FTA was signed in 2009.
I enjoy seeing Indian politicians attempt to insult an entire bloc of nations. I hope he really thinks that ASEAN can't live without India. I look forward to see him and his Vishwaguru PM continue to isolate India in Asia.

Most of ASEAN is powering ahead with China. They are better off leaving India behind. No time to entertain misplaced egos. Those in ASEAN who prefers India over China, like the Philippines are going to get the taste of being dragged behind by India.
