I’ve seen more smoke from small brush fires. Hardly a “missile base”.
Even a hit on a small cache of artillery shells would have been more dramatic.
The IDF just struck Mashdad Airport in northeastern Iran, which is 2300 miles from Israel, so you tell me how they got there.
The IDF has released images of F-16s equipped with Small Diameter Bombs (SDBs) which only have a range in excess of 40 miles.
And for what its worth we, have Israeli aerial footage over Tehran of strikes.
Not sure what evidence you’re looking for in regards to this. Civilians capturing jets on video?

Iran has no Air Defense. IDF planes shit at everywhere of Iran at ease. 
No idea why Iran has no Air Force & no Air Defense simultaneously.
Iran invested every penny on offensive missiles, but did nothing on AF & AD. Which leads to little counteroffensive capacity after IDF air strikes. Most TEL vehicles & missile bases were hit within Day One.
Iranian leadership is not only totally infiltrated, but also extremely dumb.
No idea why Iran has no Air Force & no Air Defense simultaneously.

I think people need to calm down with the whole “Israel is pummeling Iran now!” thing.
Iran is a large country, with large amounts of equipment and infrastructure spread out all across the land. Some attacks will get through, just a matter of statistics. And thanks to everyone having a camera these days, every attack will look numerous and overwhelming.
Plus it doesn’t help that, being an oil-rich country, they have a lot of explosive/readily-burning targets to hit, adding to the dramatic effect.
But in reality, this is just average stuff, not the end of the world.
