It doesn’t look like anything was hit, there is no explosion visible could be the distance though. But in the first video an ammo depot should surely have smoke visible, I didn’t see any there and on the second video, some of those do look like debris

Actually Iran has pretty advanced solid rockets. Of SRBM, MRBM types. They have carbon composite fuselages, and TVC nozzles. As for the upper stage they have MaRVs and even glide vehicles (see the Fatah-1 for example).
Iran's missiles are pretty advanced. They just lack proper large ICBMs but that is more for political reasons than technical.
Refinery, finally some right targets
