Didn’t someone say all the liberal Tesla owners are removing their anti-Tesla decals now that Elon is fighting with Trump? Strategy seems like it’s working.
Are they going to buy more teslas next? Sales recover?
Supply chain auditing, the pre-existing condition for granting license is giving China the right to inspect inventory at any time. You buy a certain amount of RE to build 1000 magnets and China grant you an export license, if China is only tracking 900 magnets on the market China suspect foul play China revoke the license, no appeal.
The fact is China has no qualms about blocking RE for those countries whole sale as well, China is only giving them the courtesy by not lumping them with the US, if they're found breaking the embargo in anyway they're forfeiting such courtesy. They have to choose between preserving their own industry or helping the US, they can only choose one option.
I guess the "recover sales with liberals" narrative is not resonating with Wall Street and investors. Biggest loss in Tesla stock history, even lost the highly coveted $1 Trillion valuation status.
Good time to buy some shares.

There is only anti-Tesla decals stickers sold... the math doesn't work in Tesla's favor, even if all those owners buy a new Tesla.
With Trump it's a theory of radical transparency. Nothing is done in closed meetings. Everything has to be said infront of the media followed by humiliation rituals. I don't think any Asian country is going to sacrifice formal procedures for appeasement.
Some over here are pushing for a deal. But just like USMCA you never know when the second round to argument begins.
