A smart infantry helmet from CETC. It has a built-in infrared and lowlight cameras, wireless communication and computing modules, and an AR goggle for interfacing with battlefield management systems. I can also be used to control unmanned systems.

That's a steamdeck 100% This is why PLA is not prepared to fight a war maybe they should dismantle their army.

Keyholing Next Generation AR
Can't wear vests properly
Can't handle their guns properly
Can't hold the handguard without their finger touching the barrel
Wears their helmet in the wrong direction
Renaming their failed Prototypes hoping to sell them to foreign countries.
Bulky Jetpack design that makes you a Target.
Weird Skateboard tactics
And now this they play games with Cambodian Soldiers.
A minor correction, the handheld is not Steam Deck. It's a AYANEO KUN, a Windows handheld gaming PC made by a Chinese company.

PLA once again doesn't know how to wear vests it's 69 degree off, It's not tightly equipped either. It's dangling like a kitchen apron.

I wonder if it just a mid level NCO training problem , meaning the sergeants and staff sergeants , who at this point is about 10 to 15 years in service are not familiar with body armor when they were a private.
Since the type 19 is basicly the first time body armor has been introduced widely to all PLA units instead just the selective units.
