If that's intact, I'm sure it's in CIA agent's hand right now.
IMO nothing much they'll learn anyways, relatively intact just mean the housing seemed alright doesn't mean the insides arent cooked I just suggested putting small explosives in the avionics bay just as a failsafe. Plus as I said before PL-15 isn't even China's top mainstream BVR missile anymore and AESA seeker has been on missiles since the 2010s. Best they'll learn assuming they miraculously extracted every single bit of software onboard is how good downgraded export Chinese ECCM is. As for the booster its likely fully spent so its legit a empty shell, for solid rocket motors the cross sectional profile is important to how efficiently it burns and flight profile, obviously thats all gone. Best they get from that is some actuator and fins.

If you are either a Pakistani or Indian civilian, please don’t stay near weapons when they are firing. What if there is counter fire from the other side? Serious lack of common sense here…
It's the high population density on both sides of the border. Can't LE it because it would put the cops in danger too. Little you can do about it unfortunately.

I wonder if they put GaN radar in PL-16 seeker. That would be the ultimate flex.
What exactly is this "PL-16" that everyone is talking about? My understanding is that it is just a miniatured PL-15 with a new rocket booster so that it could be six-packed into the J-20's weapons bay. Is there something unique about it?

Cute Orca say it's basically better JATM in a smaller than PL-15 form factor and has been in service for the past two years
