The track width seems too narrow, the tyres seem too small, there's a tyre on the rear? like a spare tyre? Doesn't pass the smell check. Definitely has camo so its a military vehicle (or presenting as one) but I'm not convinced that's a AD setup.
Might this thing be a simple decoy jury rigged /cobbled together to fool/attract drones/missiles??
India claims HQ-9 or a communication vehicle from China failed to take down a drone and was hit.

What i don't get is how they can figure out through radar signatures (or something else?) which aircraft were shot and eliminated. PAF claimed hits on Rafale, Su-30, M2K, and Mig-29 before these video/photo evidence appeared on social media. And all claims turned out to be correct except maybe unknown whether Mig-29 went down or Su-30. PAF did not claim Mig-21 or Jaguar, or ... Tejas lol.
