So how good is ZDK-03 anyway? Yankee has said in the past that efforts were spent to make sure they are well integrated with J-10CE, but ultimately they're no KJ-500. Suppose I, a foreign country in the market for Chinese aircraft after getting impressed by recent results wants to buy both fighter and AEW&C, what AEW&C would AVIC try to push for export right now?

Probably KJ-500 since with KJ-700/3000 and their rotodome dual band AESA arrays KJ-500 has become ＂last gen＂ and probably would be allowed for export or else why send them to Egypt

Hi,
my understanding is either PAF retired ZDK 03 or been sent back to China for further upgrading
because PAF at the moment not using ZDK anymore

The bigger question is whether ZDK-03 is still in PAF service or not.

I've read conflicting information that the PAF had retired ZDK-03s, versus the airframes being MLU'd by China...

India probably has to conduct more strikes to save face. If so, I'd imagine they resort to more cruise missiles. If not targeting high value targets, Pakistan will probably let most of them through. Very costly for India though, these missiles are generally not in huge supply.

Welp, it was a pretty good guess but as usual the fatal flaw was underestimating their capacity for delusion, lol.
