Pakistan's politics may be rotten and its economy may be crap, but in the air, they truly do not disappoint. While it's well known that corruption runs deep among many Pakistani generals, the pilots of the Pakistan Air Force are in a league of their own. They should rightly be considered an elite class.
That would have been true... had the jets shot down not been Indian-operated. Now it's all, "It's IAF; wrecking 5 jets from poor maintenance isn't out of the question."I guess if there was any doubt to the lethality of Chinese weapons they have been silenced.
They may use the same engine but the difference is in whether they found 1 or 2 of them at the crash site LOL Which is significantly easier to distinguish than the specific model of engine. The one in this picture, at least the 4th one is a MiG-29 without a doubt. The extended rudder and the chaff/flares dispensers at the base are a dead giveaway. Since it uses a similar RD-33 engine to the JF-17's RD-93 it migth allow the Indians to spread some fud.
That's what the CIA looks like analyzing this battle. The French are like

Really? I wanna see them do something stupid again. Had a fun night reading the entirety of the EXTREMELY long thread. From ACIV Weibo:
I'm going to sleep too. Hope IAF cherish their lives, don't do something stupid tonight.
