Russian munition of some sort, not sure it's a brahmos. The missile in the video doesn't quite match the brahmos nose intake, and the protruding booster section (I presume) doesn't quite match air launch brahmos?
It will certainly hit the reputation of the Rafale but I doubt it will be the end. Look at the Challenger 2, tossing turrets with the best of them in Ukraine but still hyped as hell.
start naval operations with what! their kowtowing aircraft carrier? the Indian navy is as much of a mess as is their airforce. whatever ship they send will be sunk by Pakistan air force.

Otherwise, vulnerability of non-LO aircraft, EW or no, is not a secret for decades.
Rafale is overpriced as fuck and this is it's performance..... I'd say a huge impact on their reputation just like how French luxury brand is these days. Military planners arround the world aren't brand whores, I imagine a lot of them are having buyer's remorse, especially countries like Egypt
