So China in large part will lose the B2B business with these tariffs/embargo, while America mostly will lose their B2C business, until both parties find different partners.

The trade deal will be very simple to start, which is get rid of these stupid tariffs.
Anything else, like soyabeans, that is a trade issue for another time.
Trump is over politically if he does not solve this ASAP.

Now, the point to remember here, is that the retailer places their Christmas orders to the Chinese factories in June.

Not necessarily in this case, it is probably just a very very sensitive magnetic sensor (probably SQUID based), it is not some quantum wizardry though SCMP tends to blow things out of proportion
