This Bill Assman is dishonest. If supply chains were too sticky to move due to the cost in money and time, how could they have come from all the developed countries to China in the first place? If they were still too sticky to move now, how could they leave China?
Companies move their supply chains in and out of countries for higher profits. Good luck in trying to find places that can beat China in abilities, efficiency and cost for most types of supply chains.
